Titled “Grand views and exquisite design at one of D.C’s most expensive residences”, Washington Post writer Scott Sowers beautifully captured our building’s architectural integrity and design aesthetics, highlighted our neighborhood features and gave exclusive peaks at our top-of-line amenities and penthouse apartments. Top Washington DC designer Stanley Lewis from Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams shared some of his favorite design aspects of 1331 Maryland, while several other local Washington D.C. developers and architects shared their input regarding our building’s success. We thank our wonderful residents who were interviewed by Scott Sowers and gave great insight on their life events that led them to life at 1331 Maryland, as well as shared with everyone their love for their new 1331 Maryland home.
